The specifics I was able to catch during my space adventure at the same time are all the adventures every player will experience. No Man’s Sky is a game in which the majority of content is created randomly, so no video is representative of how confident gaming experience is. After a while you realize that every space station looks the same and that you know in advance what you will find behind a door. For one so large, randomly generated universe, the opportunity to be surprised by something in No Man’s Sky is abnormally small.

None of the activity behind the game has no depth. You upgrade a weapon to fight two types of one and the same enemies who have no tactics except to stand still and shoot at you. In space, you’ll meet other spacecraft only when they find and attack you, while they cannot run away when spotted. However, in some situations you encounter a ship for which the arrest warrant was issued, but the ship is in no way different from the others because here enemies do not have levels, and spacecrafts are the same and the speed and maneuverability.

By doing so, the game does not become more severe as you continue to progress. You will not find more dangerous enemies, just more of it. You can comfortably switch from system to system all without any upgrading. And once you get killed, you will pass with virtual impunity, because you only have to return the lost materials where you died and where enemy won’t be anymore. In fact, the game punishes you more if you progress than if you do not do anything about it, because when they crash down the ship which is upgraded better, then it will be broken. If you don’t have upgrades- you will not be punished.

Planets have four types of locations, and all around them is usually a wasteland where you don’t have much to see. The animals roam around without habitat, without ecology, do not conflict with each other, do not run away from the storm.
Except for collecting resources and upgrading, you can still look for columns that you translate foreign alien races language, which in theory allows for easier understanding and a better relationship with them. The problem is that even after about 30 hours of play you don’t understand nothing more than 30 hours before, and yet you still have four options what to do with them when.

Huge universe is held together by one quest, and it very loosely. Your task is to follow the so-called Atlas route and dutifully collect Atlas stones. It is not necessary to follow this path, but it’s as close as the story of this game will get.

The game in its current state does not have multiplayer. Technically it does not, regardless if you can see other players or not. I did not see them, but if I did, the game has not indicated that players can share experiences from their travels. We don’t have a common enemy, the possibility of establishing national coalition or cave that could only work in the company. Since the No Man’s Sky essentially is survival game, respect the argument that its story isn’t really necessary. I’m sure that the game doesn’t need a multiple endings. However, than it needs something else. Game needs a system of ownership of things, which doesn’t exist (for now), you cannot build a base, not even possess your own boats. You cannot open a zoo with animals. Essentially – you do not have a clue what to do in this game. Sound is very good..
